Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee All payments made toward the yacht charter—including deposits and final balances—are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, personal emergencies, weather conditions, or delays. 2. Rescheduling Requests Guests may reschedule their charter subject to the following conditions: a. Notice Requirement - Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the original charter date b. Availability - New dates are subject to yacht and crew availability. - Peak-season or holiday dates may not be available or may incur additional fees. c. Rate Adjustments - If the new date falls in a higher-rate period, the guest must pay the difference in charter price. - If the new date falls in a lower-rate period, no refund or credit will be issued. 3. No-Show / Same-Day Reschedule a. Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure time (no-show) forfeits 100% of the charter with no reschedule option. b. Same-day reschedule requests are not permitted. 4. Weather Policy a. Charters proceed rain or shine unless the captain determines that conditions are unsafe. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, the guest will receive a reschedule credit only—not a refund.
